• Proof of purchase is required.
  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days, except for heat sensitive items, which are non-returnable.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
  • Prior authorisation by our CSR team is required.
  • To qualify for return/replacement, reports of damaged Products or order discrepancies must be communicated to Human Performance Hub within 72 hours of receipt to be eligible for return/replacement.
  • All bar codes on product labels must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable.
  • Misdeliveries or expired collection arrangements from the delivery company will have to undergo a new delivery charge for the shipment to be resent from the fulfilment warehouse. This will be treated as a new shipment.
