Why HPH
Food first. Then fill the gaps.
Good food, sleep and training do most of the work. Supplements sit on top, where they make sense. That’s why we keep the range small and explain plainly where each product fits.
Most of the range is made for us by Designs for Health in GMP-registered facilities in the USA. PaleoBeef Bone Broth Protein is made in the UK and certified by Informed Sport.
